Aloo Gobhi Sabji | Restraunt style

Gobi Masala:

- 3 nos potatoes ( finely chopped with skin)
- 500 gms cauliflower ( big one)

- 2 nos onions
- 4 nos tomatoes
- 4-5 green chillies
- Big inch of ginger
- 10-12 garlic cloves ( optional)

- 4 tbsp oil.
- 1/4 tsp Aniseed
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 2-3 black pepper
- 2-3 cloves
- Gravy paste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp kasuri meethi
- coriander ( finely chopped)

- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 tsp black salt
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cumin -coriander powder
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- kitchen king masala
