Soya Chaap Sabji | Soya Chaap Tikka Masala

INGREDINETS:
For merination:
- 2 cup hung curd
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp kasuri meethi
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 3-4 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tbsp red chilly powder
- 1 tbsp green chilly paste
- 1 tsp chicken or tandoori masala
- salt to taste
- 5-6 soya chaap
- 2-3 tbsp butter ( melted)

For Gravy
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 star anise
- 1 small cinnamon
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 cardamom ( small)
- 1/2 tsp shahi jeera
- 2-3 onions
- 4-5 garlic
- some ginger
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 5-6 cashew nuts
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- salt to taste
- water as required
